When you welcome service-learning students and other volunteers to your agency, you not only gain their volunteer assistance, but you also have the opportunity to teach them about important community issues and the value of community engagement.

To get started, check if your volunteer positions will fit our "Criteria for Posting Positions" above. To submit a position, select "Opportunity Questionnaire" above, or contact us. You can also view our Volunteer Opportunities List to see what kinds of positions other organizations are offering.

Once you are listed, people who wish to volunteer or do a service-learning project with your agency will usually contact you directly. Volunteer Insights does not pre-screen volunteers. Find out students' and other volunteers' learning goals, and try to match them with positions that will fit. If you cannot use their services, please encourage them to check for other opportunities on our Volunteer Opportunities List.
